Objectives

• Promotion of fiscal and other kinds of decentralization of public finance in cooperation between Republican and local institutions

• Promotion of harmonization of interests of civil, public and private sector in the execution of the budget based on adequate plans

• Definition of adequate forms of municipal support related to specifics and difficulties in financial management process

• Experience exchange and establishment of a sustainable model of inter-municipal cooperation in financial management
