MSP Phase II is based on the MSP Programme Document for Phase II, which can be downloaded here.

Planning and Reporting within the MSP is done at several levels. Main Plans of Operations and Reports are made on the half-yearly or yearly basis and in addition to that there are monthly planning meetings at PSU with the adjustments of the main work plan.

Reporting scheme follows the same time pattern of the plans in MSP.
